Description
This hands-on workshop offers an introduction to R Markdown, a powerful tool that brings together code, results, and text in a single, reproducible document. It facilitates the creation of professional reports, presentations, articles, theses, and even books, while promoting transparency and efficiency in scientific communication and reducing errors in analysis.

Participants will learn how to create and format an R Markdown file, integrate R code and its outputs (tables, graphics, in-text results), and generate documents in different formats (HTML, PDF, Word, PowerPoint).

No prior experience with R Markdown is required. However, basic familiarity with R is recommended to get the most out of the workshop. By the end of the session, participants will be able to produce a simple and polished report that supports reproducibility and clear communication of results and analyses. Above all, the workshop will highlight the many uses of R Markdown and encourage further independent exploration.
